ClearScholar Welcomes Phillip Miller To Board Of Directors

INDIANAPOLIS, July 13, 2017 — ClearScholar, a leading mobile student safety and engagement platform, today announced the addition of education technology executive Phillip Miller to its board of directors. Miller is an educational technologist and business leader, and currently serves as Vice President of Teaching and Learning at Blackboard andon the board of directors of the IMS Global Learning Consortium, the standards body for educational technology. Previously, Miller served in both product and business development leadership roles at several education technology companies, including Moodlerooms and ANGEL Learning (both acquired by Blackboard).
